The joy of sport.

It is of central importance to us that the children have fun in every aspect of their training. A strong club community helps to make training not only more effective, but also more enjoyable - and keeps the children motivated.
By setting long-term goals together and making training age-appropriate and varied, we not only encourage athletic development, but also ensure that children maintain their enthusiasm for swimming for years to come. In this way, the fun of the sport is maintained and should become an integral part of their lives.

Team spirit.

Our club community is at the heart of our success. Only when coaches, athletes and parents work together as a harmonious team can we achieve truly great things. A strong, trusting relationship between the coaches and the athletes is just as important as the sporting development. We focus on a personal bond that enables the children to support each other both on and off the pitch.
At the same time, it is very important that the children strengthen each other. A good community not only creates a positive social framework, but also plays a key role in helping the children to maintain their passion for the sport over a longer period of time. Especially in phases when swimming may not be the top priority or challenges arise, a strong club community is the decisive factor that motivates the children and helps them to overcome difficult times.
In such a community, self-confidence is strengthened and the children learn to support each other and work together to achieve their goals. They experience what it means to be part of something bigger and can share a passion that will keep them in sport for the long term.

Long-term goals.

Our approach to competitive sport is based on sustainable goals. We focus on continuously improving the quality of training and providing our athletes with holistic, balanced development. We are convinced that true success is not only achieved through quick victories, but through sound, age-appropriate training designed to strengthen both the body and the mind.
Our main goal is to accompany the children for as long as possible and to foster their passion and skills in swimming over many years. We give them the necessary tools - physical, technical and mental - to grow not only as swimmers but also as confident individuals. By helping them to develop the necessary values such as consistency, determination and team spirit, they can not only be successful in sport as young adults, but also apply the lessons they have learned in training to their lives.

Lifelong benefit.

A sport that accompanies children over the years teaches far more than just technical skills - it is a school for life that teaches them values and skills from which they will benefit for a lifetime. From a young age, our children take responsibility, not only for themselves, but also for others. We place particular emphasis on ensuring that they understand the importance of looking after their own bodies. This includes not only individually tailored training, but also a healthy diet, sufficient rest and the ability to consciously perceive and respect their own bodies. These foundations for a healthy lifestyle are crucial and accompany them beyond sport.
In addition to personal responsibility, we also want to teach the children responsibility for the community. They increasingly take on tasks such as leading the warm-up, helping in other training groups or supporting the younger athletes. Such tasks not only promote team spirit and social skills, but also leadership qualities that they can use in many areas of life. At the same time, they should learn how important it is to support each other - be it in school or swimming challenges or in everyday life.

Competitive sport also offers the valuable opportunity to learn how to deal with competitions. Here, the children not only learn to compete with others, but above all to deal constructively with successes and failures. They learn how important it is to learn from setbacks and to continuously improve. They are guided by us as a coaching team to ensure that they grow in a positive and supportive environment. These experiences should support their ability to deal with challenges and disappointments in later life without losing heart.
In addition, sport encourages healthy self-discipline and effective time management - two qualities that are invaluable later in life. Through sport, children learn to prioritize, organize their time between training, school and leisure and take responsibility for their goals.
Overall, sport should prepare our children not only for their careers as potential athletes, but for life itself.

Age appropiate
competitivesport.

Our aim is to design the training in such a way that it meets the individual needs and developmental stages of the children. This means that we pay attention to a physiologically adapted training design that is geared towards the respective age groups and at the same time takes into account the individual physical requirements of the children. In this way, we try to promote healthy development.
The educational perspective is also incorporated into our concept. It is important to us that the training is not only physically, but also mentally and emotionally beneficial. We make sure that the children train in a positive, supportive environment that maintains their enjoyment of sport and strengthens their social and emotional skills. Competitive sport that is suitable for children should not only increase performance, but above all promote the children's personal development - their self-awareness, their team spirit and their motivation.
Through this holistic approach, we want to create a basis for sustainable success that is not only visible in childhood and adolescence, but also lasts in the long term - both in sporting and personal terms.
